At Zovelo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@zovelo.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging, or items returned after the 30-day window.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zovelo.store with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
